Covid-19

If you have any symptoms of the Novel Coronavirus (Covid-19) illness such as a fever, cough, sore throat, nasal congestion or runny nose; Or have been exposed to someone exhibiting these symptoms within the last 2 weeks please stay home.

If you start feeling ill or fear exposure before your scheduled appointment, please contact your practitioner immediately by texting Mallory at 707-292-0328

  • Upon entering please wash/sanitize your hands and wear a mask while inside the building.
  • Temperatures will be taken, if your temperature is 100.4 or above your appointment will be rescheduled.
  • No additional guests please. We are trying to keep the traffic coming through as minimal as possible. So no children, friends or spouses in the salon.
  • Please pay cash (most ideal) or Venmo. We are trying to keep physical contact to a minimum and the less clients touch our personal devices (cell phones to sign off on a credit card) the better. This will also help us recover financially as we pay fees on card processing so cash is highly appreciated if possible.
  • In addition to our current state board enforced sanitation procedures. We are doing everything we can to keep things clean and healthy by wiping down all door handles and communal surfaces frequently as well as following additional guidelines set in place.

Cancellation

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

A minimum of 24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice you will be charged 50% - full amount of your appointment.

Deposits

Deposits are fully refundable up until 24 hours before your scheduled appointment per cancellation policy.

No-shows

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your practitioner will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start your service. Regardless of the length of the service actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session charge. Out of respect and consideration to your practitioner and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.

Furry Friends

Due to strict regulations by the State Board of Barbering & Cosmetology, Board of Consumer Affairs, and Department of Health services no animals, other than vested service dogs, are allowed in the salon at any time. We love our furbabies but please keep them at home.

Children

As this is a relaxing grown up time experience for you and other clients, please do not bring  young children to your appointment with you. If you are unable to coordinate childcare our cancellation policy still applies.

Lash Extensions

Fills are meant to maintain your lash volume. Please do not wait until your lashes look sparse. To be considered a fill please have a minimum of 50% of your lash extensions left, anything less will be considered a full set, and charged as such, so please book accordingly.

Proper home care is essential to your eye/eyelash health and lash extensions retention. All clients must use proper home care to maintain their lashes daily and especially before your appointment, your lashes will hold better.

New Lash Clients

If you currently have lashes from another provider and you are unhappy with the quality of application it is advised to schedule a consult or removal. Poor lash application can lead to damage to your natural lashes and should be removed before a new set can be applied.
