Mallory is the owner and operator of Lily Lash, she is a certified Lash Master in Classic and Volume Eyelash Extensions and a triple certified Lash Educator by NALA, Sinful Lashes and Lash FX. As well as Yumi Keratin Lash Lift Certified. She is a CA licensed Esthetician, Massage Therapist, Health and Beauty Educator. She has been licensed since 2010, but working in the luxury, medical spa, beauty and wellness field since 2006.

Mallory has worked as medical Esthetician separately under both Dr. Kimberly Henry MD, and Dr. Noha Aboelata MD. Worked at the luxury resort spa The Bath House at Calistoga Ranch. As a Brow Bar and Beauty Artist at the number one Benefit Brow Bar in the US. Owned and operated private practices in Sonoma County and Alameda since 2011. 

In 2017 she launched her skin care line I Am Skin (In The Glow), and in 2018 expanded her practice opening the salon Lily Lash in Rohnert Park, CA.
